About Me

Since 2017, I have been working independently as a consultant with a diverse range of clients, from large corporations to SMEs, across various sectors. My clients have included Santander UK, M&G Investments, Virgin O2, Unum, 10x, and Acumen Revenue Management. Prior to establishing my consultancy practice, I held several senior HR positions within the financial services, hospitality, and consumer goods industries.

During my tenure at Barclays Bank Plc, I served as Global Head of Culture (Managing Director) and previously as Head of Senior Leadership Group Talent & Development. My commercial career began at Mars Confectionery in sales, followed by roles at Guinness (Diageo) and InterContinental Hotels, where I held senior generalist Human Resources and Organisational Development positions in both the US and the UK.

In addition to my consultancy work, I am currently a trustee of the British Psychological Society and chair the BPS People, Culture and Remuneration Subcommittee. My academic qualifications include an MSc in Business Research Methods and a BA (Hons) from Durham University, as well as a PGCE from York University. I am a qualified practitioner in Firo B and MBTI (Step 1 and 2).
